We continuously develop our governance structures to best support our strategy of developing the business in a sustainable and ethical way. The Sustainable Development Council (SDS), which is responsible for developing our strategy in a way that embeds sustainability into our everyday business, was established in 2016. We adopted the ERG Human Rights Policy that formalises our commitment to human rights.
